Rina Knape is a radiant, engaging speaker and host who has performed on both large and small stages, in Finland and internationally. As a performer Rina has a background not only in hosting but also in sport, lecturing, musicals, and theatre.

Who is Rina?
Rina Knape has performed as a side job and through hobbies for almost 20 years, all the way through upper secondary school, law studies, and different stages of working life.
Rina’s main work as a lawyer has taken her both onto television and onto the lecture stage, and she is an experienced, well-liked trainer in her core areas of employment law and data protection.
Her most significant performance experience is the Up with People tour, in which Rina performed in a musical show for audiences of up to 15,000 in the United States, the Philippines, and Mexico, and also at high schools and universities to recruit for the tour.
About five years ago Rina found her passion in event hosting, and she has already hosted several events, from a Nordic Business Forum livestream to Christmas parties.
Rina has long experience as a group fitness instructor, so creating atmosphere and encouraging the audience are among her particular strengths.
On stage she can skilfully draw on her versatile skill as both a lawyer and a sports professional, as well as her wide experience of international environments after living in France and Korea, among other places. She uses those strengths, for example, to keep the audience awake through movement, or to speak more lightly or more deeply as an expert on the academic world and law as well as sport and teamwork skills.
Rina can perform fully fluently in Finnish and English, and reasonably well, with humour, in French and Korean for an audience that is up for it.

On stage Rina is in her element: natural, energetic, and joyful in a way that also catches the participants. She is known especially for her ability to make any audience enjoy themselves at events.
Her secret skill is getting even the shyest participants to network in a way that suits them. Thanks to her wide, versatile performance experience, Rina is never at a loss even in surprising situations: she can adapt quickly and with a positive approach while keeping the threads firmly in her hands. She can also skilfully create exactly the desired atmosphere at an occasion — and even change it in different phases of the event. Rina’s hosting is also very coherent and clear, and she skilfully takes people’s differences into account, getting the intended message heard as well as possible by everyone. Rina is also full of ideas and is happy to help already in the planning stage, so that the goals of the occasion and the atmosphere can be taken into account as well as possible while the event and the hosting are being built.
