Speaker profile

Who is Ville?

Ville Ojanen is a behaviour-change expert: a psychologist, PhD, speaker, and growth entrepreneur. When people talk things through, the conditions for change appear. Conversation builds safety, appreciation, and trust. With them comes the ability to notice, experiment, and do things differently.

That matters especially now, as AI creates unprecedented pressure to change behaviour and the way work gets done. Ville's point is that the big shift is delayed more often by people than by technology: by trust, habits, culture, and leadership.

Ville has twenty years of experience as a consultant and coach in Finnish working life. He holds a doctorate in brain research, serves on a behavioural-science expert group at the Prime Minister's Office, and is known as an approachable, funny, and immediate top expert. His first book, Mielitekoja (on how the mind works and how it changes), was published in 2022.

The overarching theme of his talks is human sustainability: the capacity of individuals and communities to work together so that good things actually happen. When productivity, efficiency, and renewal are strengthened through humanity as well, people do not have to live at the edge of exhaustion.

Ville gives research-based talks on the brain, behaviour, and workplace change, tailored from an executive strategy day to a large public event. He also facilitates coaching conversations for individuals and teams.
